Pellet Press/Granulator/Pelletizer---Flat Die Feed Pellet Mill
The ZLSP-D Type series flat die granule feed machine —or small pellet press can process oil cake and other mixed waste materials simultaneously. The feed granules it produces have a smooth texture and are durable. In the process of producing granules, the temperature of the feedstock reaches 70 to 80 degrees Celsius. The ZLSP series flat die pellet presses can convert fecula into paste. Even the innermost granules are thoroughly processed, so the pellets do not easily mold or degenerate. Animal feed granules produced using KMEC’s mills can be stored for a long time and work to shorten the time period necessary for feeding. In this way the flat die pellet mill quickly recuperates the operator’s initial cost upon purchase.

Pellet Press/Granulator/Pelletizer---Rotating Roller Feed Pellet Mill
There are two basic types of flat die pellet mill as it is otherwise known: those with a rotating die and those with rotating rollers. The first type has a fixed roller shaft and stationary rollers with a rotating die. Conversely, the second design has a stationary die with a rotating roller shaft (along with its accompanying rollers).
Two main advantages are obtained by using the pellet mill with the rotating roller design: One is a much longer service life than the traditional rotating die design—about 2,000 hours; the other is a longer pellet length, that of 3 cm or more..
