The well formed pellets briquette has such advantages as shining smooth surface, high density, uniform length and crackles surface, and all of the technical parameters have reached the international standard. To form these kind of pellets, palletizing are the most important process. The pellet mills for animal feed milling plants have its difference in process for different raw material and requirement of final products.
The feed mills can be divided into several classes. For cattle, poultry etc, the feed pellet mill will be shorter in conditioner. For pig, pellet diameter usually should be ø3.5-6.5mm. For cattle, the pellet diameter usually should be ø4.5-8mm. For chicken, pellet diameter usually should be ø3.2mm. Different structures of animal feed equipments have its special application in feed pellet plant.
